Samantha Breach holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Criminology) from Bond University. Samantha was admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland in March 2014 after completion of the Legal Practical Training (PLT) Diploma.
Ms Breach appears daily before the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts on a range of matters from traffic offences to serious drug trafficking and murder. Ms Breach is known in the profession as being organised, efficient and well presented.
Ms Breach has an exception work ethic and does not shy away from any aspect of a matter. She often goes the extra step to ensure her clients are in the best position they can be by identifying and gathering relevant material for a Court to consider.
Ms Breach understands that often clients need someone to simplify what can be a stressful, intimidating and complex journey. Ms Breach is patient and considerate towards her clients and their families. She takes the time to explain the Court processes and procedures. Ms Breach feels strongly that clients should be well informed about their matters as ultimately, they make the decisions how they wish their matters proceed.
